I am constantly seeing these posts about “you know you’re a fitblr when..”
I am a fitblr, i run, i exercise, i eat right, but every once and awhile, i ENJOY having a cheat day. I ENJOY not working out as hard one day a week. Let’s be realistic people, doing a cardio workout isn’t a walk in the park, so why are we pretending it is?
